Jacinth Chia HW2: Chinese New Year Reception at the Singapore Embassy

The Singapore Embassy located in Washington D.C. hosted a Chinese New Year Reception on Feb. 8, 2019. The event drew a crowd of Singaporeans who are currently residing in the United States.
