Jessica Lee, 20, from College Park, Maryland at her part-time job at Bobby's Burger Palace near the University of Maryland on Wednesday evening.
Lee used to be study art at the college, but has since stopped schooling to work. She has another part-time job in Washington, D.C.
Her job involves cashiering, serving food to customers and cleaning up when they are done.
Riverdale, Maryland, resident Dale Kline was the only staff member present besides the pharmacist at CVS pharmacy outside the University of Maryland on Thursday afternoon.
He carefully placed the heavy bottles into the plastic bag.
Kline, 59, is the assistant manager of this CVS pharmacy.
Sophomore exchange student from Singapore Jacinth Chia applies make-up daily before heading to the University of Maryland for her classes. She believes that if you look good, you feel good.
Chia is all smiles packing her bag for school on Thursday afternoon.
